What Clients Say

"Kerri is a warm and compassionate coach. I felt comfortable right away to be honest and open with her about very personal topics. She was professional and kind, helping me identify limiting and unhealthy beliefs about myself and my situation. Kerri's expertise in coaching helped me make powerful shifts in my thinking and action which helped reduce anxiety and helped me connect with God in a deeper way." -- Melissa Stewart, MS
"Kerri helped me transform from a person who was timid in difficult relationships to a person who knows herself better and who is more capable of handling a situation in a positive manner. " -- Carlene

"I had a lot of confusion and turmoil in my personal and professional life, and I felt like I couldn't find the words to fight for myself. Kerri came along side of me and helped me "dig deep" into what was going on in my life and helped me to see what changes needed to be made. Through coaching, I felt like I got my voice back and was able to stand up for myself." -- Wanda S., Harrisburg, PA
"Kerri blew me away from the first moment I got on the phone with her. As a driven Christian woman with high standards for herself and her life, I knew Kerri would help push me to live a Jesus-focused life and also challenge me to loosen my grip on expectations that were unhealthy. She was incredibly supportive and helpful, and I can't believe how well our sessions helped me work through things I had been struggling with on my own for quite some time."  -- Diana Kerr, Milwaukee, WI, Certified Professional Life Coach at dianakerr.com
"One conversation can change a lifetime! I have struggled to communicate my feelings honestly for fear of coming across as controlling or manipulative for my whole life. This has made it difficult for me to OWN my story and share truth. After coaching I have been able to share my opinions with those closest to me and find that they are receptive and even appreciate my honesty. I know Kerri’s encouragement was part of the breakthrough into this improvement. Thank you, Kerri!" --Jesukah B, Worship leader
"I recently had the privilege of working with Kerri Goodman, and it was a wonderful, live-nurturing experience. My most memorable coaching sessions were the ones where I showed up for our appointment barely ready, exhausted, stressed and worried about previous choices that – in my minds eye – were affecting my present decisions and actions.
Kerri skillfully listened to me without interruption and expertly reflected back to me what I said. She kept our conversations from becoming an hour-long cry fest, and by doing so she helped me end our session(s) with a sense of order and assisted in creating action steps which helped me take a positive view of my circumstances.
Kerri is a fantastic coach and I am grateful that our paths crossed and time allowed us to work together."
-- Kate Miller, Washington DC
"With a large blended family and hectic schedules, we are always on the go with activities.  I was feeling like I was just going through the motions of the day to get it all done and still needed more time and felt frustrated often. I wasn’t feeling fulfilled and carried guilt because I wasn’t measuring up to my own expectations. Kerri has a very gentle way in helping me focus in on what is important to me and pointing out what my strengths are when sometimes all I can see is my weakness.
In the short month that I spoke with Kerri weekly, she helped me identify my goals and core values.  Remembering that I have a purpose and what it is in this season of my life has helped me to be more intentional with my time and in my relationships with my husband and children. This excitement for relationship has spilled over to friendships and everyone I come into contact with. I feel happier, calmer, and more equipped for my calling and the purpose that God has intended for me. Kerri’s direction has been a treasure to me."
-- Amanda Morales, Bethlehem, PA
"I have worked a lot with the Myers Briggs and Enneagram. I have also facilitated support groups and have a lot of training in these areas myself so I was wondering what more I could take away with the DISC information. I was pleasantly surprised that there was more areas to investigate with these tools. It has brought on new self awareness in how I show up in my family and why there is miscommunication between us too often.
Kerri created a safe place to be vulnerable with whatever difficult situation we were sharing. She has excellent listening skills and was also vulnerable enough that I knew she could understand what I was going through.
A positive experience all around!"
-- Renee
"I am so glad that I chose to take Kerri Goodman's workshop called Understanding and Getting Along!  The information she shared, along with what I learned about myself from the DISC assessment, helped me to better understand the nature of conflicts in our household.  The insight she provided gave me practical application that I was able to implement immediately, diffusing an ongoing source of contention between myself and my daughter.  I also learned a bit about myself, recognizing that I was trying to control things beyond my sphere, and that it was a source of stress and emotional burnout for me.  Being able to see more clearly and objectively the strengths, weaknesses, and triggers of my immediate family (as well as of myself), I feel empowered to move more confidently in my relationships and role as a mother." -- Liv

"The DISC workshop was amazing! It was a warm, welcoming, refreshing atmosphere even via video conferencing — I felt very comfortable and cared for by Kerri. Her insight and applications were life-changing for me! This experience was so much more than what I’d expected; it helped me see and understand the people in my life in a whole new way. Because of this class I have a more generous perspective on the people I live with, and I have amazing tools for how to communicate and care for them better. This was a paradigm-shifting experience for me, and it energized and equipped me in this tough season of quarantining. Thank you Kerri for making this SO applicable and relevant and FUN!" -- Jamie
"Kerri Goodman offered me a chance to breathe in her Reset Workshop. I wasn't just sitting there absorbing information - I was internally (and sometimes externally!) nodding my head along with everything she was saying!  It takes a good listener who is full of not only compassion but vision and wisdom to provide the reinforcement and insight into making new choices that'll alleviate  tired habits and destructive modes of thinking. I was so refreshed from Kerri's workshop that it's been positively impacting my interactions with my husband and children - and myself. Can't wait for more! She is the real deal."

"The workshop with Kerri was surprisingly very productive for the amount of time we had to spend. I can't imagine how much ground we could cover if it were extended! The time flew! The notes and interaction were coordinated to demonstrate our role in progressing toward change for the better. I left with a pocketful of ideas and a handful of true encouragement. This one-time workshop surprisingly achieved what I would wish to gain when I go to a weekend conference at other events! Kerri has a gift and God has revealed it as she shares it with other women. God bless you, Kerri." -- Katie Crowell
"This workshop was incredibly helpful in assisting me in finding my footing again. The information I left with was real and practical, not an emotional "can do" that will fade with each passing day."  -- Christine Weston
