Understanding and Getting Along With Our Family During COVID-19 Crisis
We are now spending a lot of time in our homes together while facing constant change, isolation from friends, loss of routine and beloved activities, and overwhelming unknowns. Every person in your family is unique, and their response to these changes will all be different. In this workshop, we will learn how to better understand the behaviors, fears, and highest needs in yourself and your family members. we will focus on how to gain understanding, empathy, and use positive communication during the Stay At Home crisis. Using DISC behavior theory, we will better understand ourselves and also our family members. We will dig into the differences that can create conflict, and learn how to choose responses that elevate peace and harmony. Each mom will receive her own DISC personality assessment which focuses on strengths and positives.
This class uses behavior theory along with biblical truths and a Christian emphasis so that you are more knowledgable but also feel refreshed and encouraged in Christ.
