What is DISC?
DISC teaches us the universal language of behavior. DISC is a highly reputable tool used for understanding ourselves and others. Each one of us has behaviors and a communication style that is somewhat... predictable. DISC is often thought of as a personality test. However, it's not really that. Our personalities are a combination of individual values, beliefs, behavior style, ethics, emotional intelligence, family background, sense of humor, character, and other elements. There isn't a test that can put all of that onto paper! However, we can discover and learn more about our behavior style (or type). These types, sometimes known as temperaments, blend together in different combinations to determine your unique behavior style.
