Hello! I'm Kerri Goodman, a certified professional life coach, ADHD coach, and behavior consultant. My coaching career began in 2015. However, before 2013, I didn't know coaching existed! I first learned of this field while coming out of a very challenging, exhausting, and difficult five years. Becoming a coach was in itself, life-transforming for me. It's been my privelege to see coaching transform many others' lives, too. Each year, I invest in education, training, and partnerships that help me grow as a coach and as a person. You can read more about my training, certifications, and credentials on this page. I've coached many women of all backgrounds and professions, from North America to Australia. Before becoming a coach, I worked with kids and teens in special education, social services, and youth programming. I also founded a flourishing and creative organization for homeschool families, taught writing for gifted and reluctant writers, and educated my four kids in the most adventurous way possible. |
"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." ~ C. S. Lewis
I'm a Midwestern gal married to a Southern guy, have four children (two are grown, one in college, and one in high school), and two grandchildren. In 2020, our family moved to the beautiful, friendly coastal community of Hamstead, North Carolina. The sun and sea refresh my soul. I love taking my dog on beach walks (always with a frisbee), boating with the family, exploring islands, hiking in the woods, and reading on my porch swing. I enjoy unrushed cooking, playing games, goofing off, and laughing! Jesus is my Savior and friend, and because of his grace, I am free indeed.
