Hi, I'm Kerri! I coach people who crave a life that makes a difference. They go all out in their own way. They aren't looking for an easy, boring life, but something certainly needs to change before they hit burnout. I truly know what it is like to push through when life gets chaotic and overwhelming, how it feels to reach the unraveled end of yourself, and what it takes to regain balance, peace, purpose, and YOURSELF. I grew up in a religious legalistic setting and a constant message that I wasn't good enough. From a young age, I was an expert people pleaser. I even changed my college major just to make someone happy. In adulthood, I discovered that I was a perfectionist, too. I have grown trumendously, but at times I find myself in one of these mindsets. My story is one of progress, not perfection. I became a professional coach in 2016, and true to my nature, I went all in! I continue to challenge myself and learn. At the time, it seemed like a crazy hair-brained idea because I had so many responsibilites on my plate. But I truly felt called by God, and I knew this was His answer to my 2011 prayer, "God, take the difficulties, the pain, and the hurt from this crisis and use me in such a way that I can support, lift up, and encourage others." |
Friend, I am convinced that in every season of life, even the most difficult ones, Jesus offers us abundant life, rest, and purpose. Let's do this together, and see what you make happen! |
"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." ~ C. S. Lewis
I'm a Midwestern gal married to a Southern guy, have four children (two are grown, one in college, and one in high school), and two grandchildren. In 2020, our family moved to the beautiful and friendly coastal community of Hamstead, North Carolina. The sun and sea refresh my soul. I love taking my dog on beach walks (always with a frsibee), boating with the family, exploring islands, hiking in the woods, and reading on my porch swing. I enjoy unrushed cooking, playing games, goofing off, and laughing! Jesus is my Savior and friend, and because of his grace, I am free indeed. My relationship with God is the foundation of my life.
