Coaching that embraces your uniqueness and helps you be YOU in the best way.
More than 1/2 of women this year say they feel burned-out. Women are caught in a culture that demands them to always be "on" at work, at home, and in their community. Do you love to invest in and inspire others, utilyze your gifts and skills beyond expectations, and give your energy and time generously? Are you also feeling the squeeze and stretch of trying to do it all, take care of your family, and look after yourself, too? You're not alone. Over 53% of women say they feel much more stress than last year, and that's just in corporate America. Imagine the numbers had they asked entrepenuers, full-time at home mothers, small business owners, and women from all professions? It's tough right now.
You don't need another patch-fix, hoping this time it sticks.
I'm Kerri. I specialize in helping women uncover their true potential and achieve a sense of mastery and fulfillment across all aspects of their lives. My clients gain a deeper understanding of their unique personality traits and how to leverage them for success. Through our work together, I guide my clients in creating actionable strategies that align with their personal values and aspirations. By cultivating self-awareness and deepening authenticity, my clients build meaningful connections, achieve success on their own terms, and live a life of purpose and passion that is in harmony with who they truly are. And here is a promise. I'll listen fully, witness and support your goals, and provide the conversation, guidance and space for you to find your answers. I also promise that I won't minimize or spiritualize your circumstances. I don't like that, either.

Hi, I'm Kerri Goodman, ICF certified life coach, ADHD coach, and behavior and communication strategist. I'm also a recovering people-pleaser/perfectionist. I'm a Gen Xer. As a child in the 70s and 80s, ADHD was unheard of, especially in girls. So, for the longest time, I believed I wasn't very smart. I believed I wasn't good enough, no matter how hard I worked, how much I helped others or my level of success. As an adult, I tried every way to organize my outside world and every way to calm my inside world, all while placing incredibly high expectations on myself. Without boundaries, self-compassion, or understanding of my unique strengths, motivators, values, and identity, I felt frustrated, overworked, and discouraged. As an overbusy mom of four, educator, and entrepreneur, I often felt like a failure, even when those around me praised my energy, enthusiasm, and effort. But under the layers of restlessness and exhaustion, my constant curiosity and belief that "there must be a solution" kept nudging me to explore, learn, try, fail, shift, and apply. I couldn't shake away God's words, "Who the Son sets free is free indeed." We were meant to be free! What would be different if you were free to be...you? What is getting in the way of you're peace, passion, acceptance, growth, and balance? More practically, what is getting in the way of your time management, productivity, relationships, calmer emotions, more meaningful work, and clear focus? If it's something like perfectionism, or if it's the impossible work of trying to please others, or if it's an inability to recognize your own unique strengths, or if it's ADHD traits, or if you're not even sure, let's talk. Friend, let's redefine success, relax into your freedom, and live authentically. Be yourself. This world needs YOU. "Kerri is a warm and compassionate coach. I felt comfortable right away to be honest and open with her about very personal topics. She was professional and kind, helping me identify limiting and unhealthy beliefs about myself and my situation. Kerri's expertise in coaching helped me make powerful shifts in my thinking and action which helped reduce anxiety and helped me connect with God in a deeper way." -- Melissa Stewart, MS
"Thanks, Kerri. You guided me to realize what’s most important to me, what I need, and how I can move forward with what I learned about myself. I feel good acknowledging that I do need change, and that I probably wouldn’t be completely satisfied doing the same ol’ thing until retirement. God made me that way. And I feel good knowing my next steps and mapping out how to make it happen." -Kristin C. Instructional Designer
"I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed when I started coaching with Kerri, but she has a gift of drawing you out of your own head in such a great way. Together we were able to identify several key areas that were keeping me from moving forward in a positive manner. I was feeling weighed down by everything in my professional life; I was headed for burnout. By the end of our sessions, I had a new plan for managing my work and was chipping away at my ever-growing To Do List without feeling overburdened. She helped me think through my challenges and gaps in a way that made all the difference. Furthermore, she helped me become aware of some perspectives I didn’t realize I had; simple shifts in thinking that completely changed certain critical areas of my life. I am so thankful for her wisdom, discernment, and the ease with which she came alongside me. I cannot recommend her as a coach highly enough! Kerri is a treasure!-- Mary Comm
