A caring, proven path to healing and living fully again

for all kinds of loss.

Hi, I'm Kerri

Many of the people that I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or frustrated that conventional approaches haven’t fully helped. I support adults and families navigating ADHD, grief, major life transitions, and what I sometimes call “situational ADHD” during seasons of stress, loss, overwhelm, or change that can make focus, organization, motivation, and follow-through feel much harder, whether someone has ADHD or not.

This is important: these struggles are not simply about “trying harder.” My coaching philosophy: growth happens through small, clear, sustainable steps with compassion and support—not pressure or perfection. I value caring for the whole person, mind, heart, and everyday life.

Whether someone has lived with ADHD for years or is going through a difficult chapter that has affected their ability to function well, I aim to create a space that feels calm, hopeful, and grounded.

If you’re looking for a steadier, more supported way forward, I’d love to connect.

Could unresolved grief be the missing puzzle piece?

If you’re working hard, implementing routines and strategies, but still feel stuck, there may be something deeper going on.

Many carry invisible grief: the weight of missed chances, unrealized expectations, lost time, broken relationships, or even a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis. Collected losses can weigh us down, drain our energy, and impact day-to-day life.

Grief Recovery helps you free up space in your head and heart so you can focus, live in the present, and be more yourself again.
