Grief Recovery Support

A structured, evidence-based  program that gives people the tools to not just talk about loss, but to move beyond grief and loss and find hope.

What is Trivas Coaching?

Trivas (roughly pronounced TREE-vahs) is a Swedish verb without a single English equivalent. At its heart, it means to do well, with a sense of feeling at home, belonging, and being well situated in your life.

In everyday Swedish, someone might ask, “Trivs du?” It asks more than How’s it going? It asks, Are you doing well here? Do you feel at home?

Trivas Coaching is about understanding yourself, finding what fits, and making changes that work in your actual life.

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Kerri Goodman. I’m an ICF-certified coach with more than a decade of coaching experience, helping people learn, grow, and create meaningful change. I work with professionals, parents, and families who want to better understand how they’re wired, overcome what’s getting in their way, and develop practical strategies that fit their lives.

I specialize in ADHD and executive function coaching, helping individuals move beyond the frustration of “trying harder” and discover approaches that work with their unique strengths.

Certified through the Grief Recovery Institute, I offer Grief Recovery Method® support for those navigating loss, life transitions, and the emotions that come with change.

My working style is creative, collaborative, and caring. My approach is evidence-based and no fluff!  I believe meaningful change happens when people are understood, supported, and equipped with strategies that create greater freedom, confidence, and possibility.
