ADHD-friendly support and strategies that bring clarity, focus, and meaningful success.
Coaching for ADHD, Excutive Function, or Grief.
If you or a family member has ADHD, or if big life changes and loss leaves you feeling scattered or stuck, you are not alone. Your thinking, emotions, and sense of self feel outside your control. It may feel like your brain is broken, but it’s not. If you’re tired of trying and striving on your own, I get it. You may feel like a failure, but you aren’t. It’s not your fault. A differently working brain needs methods, approaches, and tools that are the right fit and thrive in the right partnership.
Are you ready to ditch what’s not working for a clearer and calmer approach?
Meet Your Coach
Hello, I’m Kerri Goodman, an ICF-certified ADHD coach. I have ADHD, too.
I was the talkative, struggling student who later became the busy mom and ambitious problem-solving entrepreneur, juggling a million things, but my kids could never find matching socks. Of course, the struggles were often more serious than that.
Yet, I credit my uniquely ADHD brain for the unconventional side quests and inner drive to do things differently. Some of my most meaningful successes are because of it.
Before my coaching career, I worked in several areas within social work, special education, and ministry. But I’ll always say my most impressive job was raising my four kids. Today, I work with professionals, business owners, parents, and families. If ADHD is part of your story, remember it’s not all of who you are. Let’s rediscover your strengths and make great things happen!

Could unresolved grief be the missing puzzle piece?
If you’re doing the work—strategies, tools, routines—but still feel stuck, there may be something deeper going on. Many of us carry invisible grief: the weight of missed chances, unrealized expectations, lost time, broken relationships, or even a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis. Unaddressed losses can weigh us down, drain energy, and impact day-to-day life. Grief Recovery helps you free up space in your head and heart so you can focus, live in the present, and be more yourself again.
